No change among the top five this week, as New England, Dallas, Green Bay, Indy, and Jacksonville all won their games and stayed on top.  Charging upwards is Tampa Bay, whose 6-4 record is beginning to be noticed.  Falling down is Pittsburgh who loses a game to the J-E-T-S Jets Jets Jets -- one that may haunt them come playoff seeding time.

 

What an abyssmal season of predictions this is turning out to be.  The Comprank system just can't seem to figure out the NFL this season.  I'm not going to change the code that currently running now, but suffice to say that I'll be working on it on the side here.

 

Anyway, it was another rough week for the system, as unlike much of the season so far, there were only two upsets, and since the system has been picking upsets more often than not due to the chaos, it got crushed this past week.  Oddly enough, it did fairly decently straight up, meaning that it's picking winners but not getting the spread correct.  Work is never done...
